6e AJOUPA, THE PAST SIMPLE PRONUNCIATION GAME, PJ 22 05 13
GAME
LET’S SAY HOW TO
PRONOUNCE THE PAST SIMPLE OF REGULAR VERBS
(Pascal Jarvis, Wednesday, May 22nd 2013)
Hello pupils,
Why not play a game about the pronunciation of regular verbs in the Past Simple. Do you remember the things I explained about the “-ed” ending.
So, pick a schoolfriend and ask him what sound – pronounciation – the “-ed” ending makes.
For example,
Brianna: Jean-Marie, please say how “-ed” is pronounced at the end of:
congratulate, answer, dance, kick, play, divide
Jean-Marie: Hm, I think it’s…
ENJOY AS USUAL!!!
Best regards,
PJ
